Luigi’s invited to the towering Last Resort hotel, but when Mario and friends go missing, our green-clad hero will have to conquer his fears to save them! Slam, blow away, and vacuum up ghosts with the all-new Poltergust G-00, and join forces with Gooigi to overcome the puzzling contraptions and mischievous boss on each themed floor.
My plan was to play throughout October and finish on Halloween, making it a spooky, ghost-filled month. Instead, I started a bit late and didn’t finish until a week after Halloween.
This is the first Luigi’s Mansion game I’ve played and it was a blast! It’s a fun, puzzle-filled game set in a beautifully-themed resort hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed playing it and look forward to playing the fourth installment whenever it is released.
You play Stella, ferrymaster to the deceased, a Spiritfarer. Build a boat to explore the world, then befriend and care for spirits before finally releasing them into the afterlife. Farm, mine, fish, harvest, cook, and craft your way across mystical seas. Join the adventure as Daffodil the cat, in two-player cooperative play. Spend relaxing quality time with your spirit passengers, create lasting memories, and, ultimately, learn how to say goodbye to your cherished friends.
An absolute emotional roller coaster of a video game. This is the first video game I’ve played that caused me to cry. In spite of (or perhaps because of) that, Spiritfarer is an amazing video game.
I started playing this game back in 2019 but for some reason never finished. So, after I finished playing Jenny LeClue: Detectivú, I decided to return to this game and complete the last two dungeons.
A fun puzzle game available on iOS (Apple Arcade), Steam, and Nintendo Switch. It’s also coming to PS4, but a release date has not been announced.
It’s not a particularly difficult game, but the story, music, and artwork are all great and well worth the Switch launch price of $19.99.
